PrivKit provides privacy auditing tools including IP intelligence, browser fingerprinting analysis, DNS and WebRTC leak tests, bot detection, and related security research utilities. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape, crawl, or excessively query the Service beyond normal API usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

3. API Usage

Access to the PrivKit API is subject to rate limits based on your tier (Free, Starter, Pro, or Enterprise). API keys are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are used in violation of these Terms or that exhibit abusive usage patterns.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and data compilations on the Service are the property of PrivKit or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent, except as permitted under applicable open-source licenses where noted.

5. User-Generated Data

When you run a privacy scan, the Service processes technical information about your browser and network connection. This data is used solely to provide scan results and improve our detection capabilities. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Privacy scan results are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole measure of your online privacy or security posture.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrivKit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
